Moody is our opensource answer to DIY ambient light experiences for your home cinema setup. By using Onshape and a parametric design, we solve the issue that any tv setup is custom and unisue. By filling in some dimensions, the cad model neatly changes to your desired parameters. Just press 'print' and your own moody will be born.

Upgrades

• It is perfectly possible to programm your raspberry to recognize cerain elements from your screen en act accordingly with cool light animations in your moody. Examples are:
  • You have damage and your health bar lowers: red flashing light in Moody lamps
  • You are playing a race game and shifting gears has an effect on the lamps.
  • We are curious to see what cool things you come up with.
• You can turn any lamp into a moody (in fact, if you watched closely in our youtube video you saw a lightsaber Moody). You can mount the leds and electronics in any lamp you would like! Heck, even just sticking them under your couch would be cool. The raspberry PI software has code that allows you to select where your lamp is positioned relative to your screens. In this way, it will send the correct colors.
